OUR CANCELLATION POLICY 

Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand things happen and life doesn't always go to plan, If you do not provide 24-hours notice for late cancellation more than once you will have to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. 

This policy allows us to provide the best service possible to all of our clients and to ensure the time reserved for you is used effectively. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life, and we respectfully request your understanding in our need to enforce this policy.

NO TOLERANCE POLICY 

Our organization has a zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees & customers.

Any behavior that is offensive, abusive, or threatening will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other protected status. We also prohibit any form of sexual harassment, including unwanted advances, physical or verbal harassment, or suggestive comments.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the current appointment/any future bookings and necessary action will be taken.
